Name of RPG- Wasting Heartbeats

Plot, if any-Welcome to the town of Hartville! Only a few blocks from the beach and near the excitement of Beverly Hills. Most would expect Hartville to be the quiet town with private schools and rich houses. But words can be decieving. Hartville has it's slummier side as well. But they look to education as a fundemental key to getting all of the teen population of the town to a brighter career path that sits in front of them. Hall-Kent High School, once a seven story school. Has now split off into three schools. Hall-Kent High, the plain old average public school for any teen that wishes to attend.
Then they have Alternative High School. This highschool is for students, less interested in educational learning. Alternative Highschool takes in Expecting Teens, Teen parents, Teens with Drug and Alcohol abuse problems, ones with past juvenile deliquency problems. They take the students who are more interested in learning a trade whether it be how to do a certain job around town or how to be a good parent to their child or children. Alternative shares the same school grounds and resource centers with Hall-Kent High School hoping to keep a cultural divide from forming between the two social classes. There is also a school for the geniuses of the town.
Students of all three schools who wish to stay in dorms are furnished with dorms which they will share with three other students.
As stated before Hartvilles's Main purpose is to make sure that all of its teens no matter what their situation get a fair chance at the carreers that could lie in their future.
